Luxury Homes:

Rates for luxury homes are based on the size of the property, amenities, outdoor spaces, light adjustment, and walking the property. This applies to 5,000 sq ft +. It requires extra time and attention to detail to ensure that every aspect of the property is beautifully captured. 

Community Photos:

Community photos are included provided they are within close proximity to the listing. 

Cancellations/Reschedules:   

We know that sometimes, because of the nature of the business sometimes you have to reschedule. There are no rescheduling fees if contacted 24 hours in advance of appointment. (The only exception to this policy is rain). Listings that are not shoot ready at time of appointment will be charged a return trip fee of $100. 

Home Prep:

Although we are happy to help move things around to capture the best pictures possible, if we have to stay longer than we have to charge. Please download our Home Prep flyer on our  Real Estate Services page. This will help you and the seller prepare the home for the shoot. Please make sure pets are removed during the photo session. 

Travel:

 Travel is included within a 60 mile radius. Any milage past our coverage, we have a rate of $1.25 per mile. 

Photo and Video Revisions:

We include one round of revisions for free for photos and video. Any request after the first round is $25
